At Dharma Designer, we take pride in delivering high-quality sarees that you’ll love. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent return, exchange, and refund process.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:
✔ The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
✔ The exchange is requested for size, color, or design preference.
✔ The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (unboxing video required for claims).
Exchange Process:
1️⃣ Contact our customer support at help.dharmadesigners@gmail.com or call +91-98255 13246 within 7 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide your order details and reason for exchange.
3️⃣ Once approved, ship the product back to us (shipping charges apply for exchanges).
4️⃣ After quality inspection, we will send the replacement saree.
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized sarees.
- Sarees purchased during a sale/discount event.
📦 Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
✔ The saree is in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags).
✔ The wrong product was delivered.
✔ The product is damaged or defective (must provide an unboxing video for claims).
Return Process:
1️⃣ Raise a return request by emailing help.dharmadesigners@gmail.com with your order details and reason.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Once we receive the saree and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-stitched or altered sarees.
- Sarees bought during a clearance sale.
💰 Refund Policy
Once your returned item passes our quality check, we process refunds within 7-10 business days.
✔ Prepaid Orders – Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
✔ Shipping Charges – Non-refundable unless the issue was on our end (wrong or defective product).
Note: If the return request is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear return shipping costs.
