At Dharma Designers, we understand that plans can change. Whether you've had a change of heart or entered details incorrectly, we're here to make the cancellation process easy and transparent.

πŸ•’ When Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping confirmation, whichever is earlier.

  • Once your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

To cancel your order:

    Please include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for cancellation

Our team will process your cancellation request and confirm via email or WhatsApp.

πŸ’Έ Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • COD Orders: No payment is collected unless the order is delivered. Canceled COD orders will simply be voided from our system.

🧡 Customized or Made-to-Order Sarees

Orders involving custom blouse stitching, fall/pico services, or any personalized alterations cannot be canceled once confirmed.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Dharma Designers reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., out-of-stock item, payment issues, incorrect pricing).

  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
