  • We strive to ensure all saree descriptions, prices, and photos are accurate.

  • Due to photography lighting and screen differences, minor color variations may occur. These do not qualify as defects.

  • All sarees are measured and displayed with as much accuracy as possible.

💳 2. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.

  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (with applicable fee).

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment (except COD).

  • Dharma Designers reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion due to incorrect pricing, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

📦 3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location and courier logistics.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details.

🔁 4. Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only for unused items with original tags and packaging.

  • Customized sarees are non-returnable and non-refundable.

❌ 5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping.

  • Customized products cannot be canceled once confirmed.
