💸 Refund Policy – Dharma Designers

At Dharma Designers, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. While we hope you adore every piece you receive, we understand there may be rare occasions where a refund is necessary.

This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed with clarity and fairness.

✅ When Am I Eligible for a Refund?

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product (with valid proof)

  • The product was returned and approved under our Return & Exchange Policy

  • You paid for an item that is out of stock or unavailable

  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The product has been used or worn

  • Return request was made after the return window (3 days post delivery)

  • Product is not in its original condition (tags missing, packaging damaged)

  • The saree was bought on clearance/sale or customized

💳 How Will I Receive My Refund?

We offer refunds in the following formats:

  • For Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet)

  • For COD Orders:
    Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your UPI ID or bank details after return approval.

⏱ Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the refund approval.

  • Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund has been initiated.

📌 Important Notes

  • If your refund is delayed or missing, kindly check with your bank or payment provider. If issues persist, contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.

  • Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

  • Dharma Designers reserves the right to decline refund requests if the returned product fails quality checks.
