🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Dharma Designers

At Dharma Designers, every saree is made with heart, heritage, and the hands of skilled artisans. While we strive for perfection in every drape, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected.

This policy is here to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Only one return or exchange is allowed per order

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sarees with custom blouse stitching

  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged)

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen resolution

🔄 Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)

  • Color preference

  • Damaged or defective products

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

💸 Return Process

  1. Email us at Help.dharmadesigners@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9825512246 with your:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video or clear photos (in case of defect/damage)

  2. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup or ask you to self-ship the item.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will:

    • Issue a refund (as store credit or bank refund)

    • OR dispatch your replacement (in case of exchange)

🧾 Refund Options

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to your original payment method or as store credit

  • COD orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer only

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for slight color or texture variations due to handmade nature.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears used or damaged by the customer.
